Vendor
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The Bangor Garden Show Vendor Marketplace is a mix of vendors who have supported the Garden Show
on an on-going basis, seasoned artisans and vendors who are experiencing the event with the intent of
trying it to see if it is a good fit for their business, and folks who have never sold their wares at a garden show.
We do try to limit the numbers of similar vendors in order that
vendors do well at the show, ie Jewelry or candy, limited to
2-3 vendors each. Approved vendors are accepted on a first come
basis, with some making the $100 deposit at the end of the current
show to guarantee their place at the next show. The Show attracts
9,000 to 15,000 attendees on any given year.
Getting in as new vendor
In order to be accepted as a new vendor to the show, the Garden Show Committee will need to know in detail
the types of products you will be selling. Pictures are welcomed as an addition. Once approved, you will be sent
a registration form. The registration form should be returned with a $100 deposit. You will receive a statement showing
your balance in January/early February. Payment must be received and proof of insurance* received by the Garden Show
Committee before you will be allowed to set up at the Civic Center.
