Recognizing originality, horticultural, composting, recycling, presentation, educational value and quality of work for grade level.

Mindful of gardening, recycling and composting projects that instill in Kids -- lifelong gardening, recycling and composting practices.

Experiences that heighten awareness of the importance of beautification and the environment.

Kids Grow Too! 2010 Classroom Project :

Plant and grow a container garden. One per classroom.
Choose a container with Mom in mind – no larger than 3 feet in any dimension.
Your container should be recycled or recyclable.
Help is available from your library.
All entrants will receive a certificate of recognition
Teachers should act as advisors.
Projects are done entirely by students.
Props are permissible.

There will be recognition for each participating school and each child will receive a certificate. Your class is also invited to be our special guests to the show.
